Outrunning One's Notorious Past

Immediately upon his conversion, Saul began to proclaim Christ. The Sovereign Savior had so dramatically changed Saul’s life, that those who observed his new life and heard his message could not believe their own eyes and ears. Saul’s past kept getting in the way of his present mission! How do we outrun our past? While it is true that the Christian’s past is in the rearview mirror, sometimes our history chases after and catches up with us. This text gives us clues to some of the early struggles Saul’s past created for him.
