Summary
Our lives are in the hands of God. We are instruments. According to the Scripture, we did not choose Christ, He chose us (Jn. 15:16). Each of us has a Kingdom assignment. We are servants of the King obligated to do His royal bidding. Today’s text gives emphasis to two of Christ’s servants—chosen instruments and assignments.
